Billing questions
How is a minute counted?
By the length of a listening session, rounded up to the whole minute. Time when Subtl is paused or idle is not counted.
What does “with your own key” mean?
You supply an API key for OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or DeepL. Transcription and drafting then run on your account with your provider, and you pay them directly. We charge less because we only run the infrastructure.
Can I cancel?
At any time, from the cabinet or the Stripe portal. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are final and non-refundable, except where the law of your country requires otherwise. Consumers in the EU and the UK have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content, which is waived only if you explicitly agree to immediate access at checkout.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, through the Stripe customer portal linked in the cabinet. Changes take effect on the next billing period.
